How Domenill works

From mental clutter to one useful next step.

Domenill is built to do more than answer. It carries the context you choose, notices the open loop, prepares the next move, and waits when your approval matters.

Capture what is taking up space.

Tell Domenill in natural language, type a quick note, or share supported content from your phone. A capture can become a task, memory, reminder, plan, or source for a later Life Card.

Connect it to the context that makes it matter.

Domenill can relate the source to your goals, existing memory, other open loops, and timing. If the evidence is not there, the product should say so.

Bring forward what deserves attention now.

What Matters Now ranks usefulness instead of recency alone. The card explains why it appeared and where the signal came from.

Prepare the work before asking more from you.

A loose end can become a draft, checklist, follow-up, Action Doc, reminder, or clear recommendation.

Pause before external impact.

For sensitive actions, Domenill shows the destination, content, and consequence. You approve, edit, or decline before anything happens.

Learn from your choices—locally.

Your approvals, corrections, dismissals, and memory edits help future suggestions fit you better, while remaining inspectable and under your control.

What a Life Card tells you

  • What: the priority or open loop worth seeing
  • Source: the capture, memory, email, calendar item, or other connected signal behind it
  • Why now: timing, dependency, or personal context
  • Prepared next step: what Domenill has already done to make it easier
  • Safety: whether the item is local-only or requires review
